Our Cancelation Policy

Cancellations Policy

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card payment must be cleared through PaySbuy to complete your reservation. If you cancel your reservation or don't show we apply the following policies:

Cancellations more than 21 days prior to arrival - Full Refund less THB 2,500 handling charges.
Cancellations between 21 and 7 days prior to arrival - 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival and No Shows - No refund.
