There are many flights a day from Bangkok to Hat Yai with Thai Airlines or Air Asia.
To arrive in Koh Lipe on the same day take one of the following

Overnight train from Bangkok to Hat Yai to arrive in Lipe the following day Bangkok to Hat Yai

Take a private taxi (2hrs) or minibus (2hrs) from Hat Yai to Pak Barra Pier. There are travel agents that can arrange your taxi or tickets for Mini bus are purchased from the Offical Minibus station which is on the road from the airport.
From Pak Barra pier there are 3 speedboats a day see times below.
